30 Ways to Hit 10K Steps

  1. Start your morning with a brisk walk or treadmill session.
  2. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  3. Walk laps around the track or gym between workouts.
  4. March in place during TV commercials.
  5. Park farther away from entrances.
  6. Walk while talking on the phone.
