Y Personal Training at the Y is a one-on-one session with a certified fitness trainer who can help you reach your goals of weight loss, toning, cardio respiratory endurance, continuing exercise post-rehab, sports conditioning, efficient movement and mobility, stress management, and more. 

We take great care in matching you with the right personal trainer. Your initial visit includes a review of your health history, lifestyle and goals.
