Current Member: Our Business Services team will review your submission within five business days and update your account.
New Members: Sign up as a member at your local branch and present your Financial Assistance confirmation to staff who will apply details to your account. You can also sign up online and either contact us by phone or present the confirmation on your first visit to a branch.
Non-Members: If you are not a member but wish to utilize Financial Assistance to access programs offered through the YMCA of Long Island, please call us during regular business hours and we will be happy to support you.
If we are unable to instantly confirm you, or if you are seeking assistance with Child Care and/or Day Camp, don't worry! You can use our standard process by click here and uploading a copy of your last year’s tax return and one of the following:
- One Disability or Social Security check stub
- Two current pay stubs
