Sports Camp is designed to provide children with an exciting learning experience socially, emotionally, and physically, using sports as its medium. The focus is to keep campers active, learning and playing a wide variety of sports and games in a fun and safe environment. Campers will be spending time between ACLD and Bay Shore Middle School fields to develop their sport skills. Our staff will teach the fundamentals of the sport while promoting self-confidence and self-esteem. Campers will also enjoy other traditional camp activities and even embark on one field trip per session. Free Lunch will be provided by Bay Shore UFSD!
Sports Camp Jr.

LOCATION: BAY SHORE MIDDLE SCHOOL, 393 Brook Ave., Bay Shore
Our NEW Sports Camp Jr. offers diverse activities in a variety of sports in a noncompetitive environment. Sports include (but not limited to), basketball, soccer, tag football, volleyball, kickball, t-ball, deck hockey and many more! Basic hand-eye coordination and motor skills are developed as well as teamwork and self-confidence. Campers are grouped by grade level with instruction geared to accommodate all levels and abilities. Location of Sports Camp Jr. will be held off site at the Bay Shore Middle School fields.
Specialty Sports Camp Week
Completed Grades 3-6
LOCATION: BAY SHORE MIDDLE SCHOOL
This summer we will be offering the inclusion of sports specific training. This half day, three hour morning program will be offered during the 3rd week of each Sports Camp session. Session 1 will feature boy’s Lacrosse. Session 2 will feature Soccer. Session 3 will feature flag football. This program will be directed by a certified physical education teacher and coach. This camp will focus on fundamental skills development, game concepts, situational play and field scrimmages. These topics will be introduced, practiced and reviewed on a daily basis for the week.
