Whether it’s a global pandemic, a snowstorm or just a busy day, we know it’s not always possible to head to the Y. Now we are making it easier for you to stay healthy, stay balanced and get in a good workout from the comfort of your home or while you're on-the-go. So, move the furniture, grab your device and enjoy! 

We have weekly live streaming classes, recorded classes as well as activities and fitness for kids. Whether you're looking to build strength and stamina or ease stress and relax the body, we've got a workout for you! 


NEW! Y@HOME LIVE CLASSES (Starting July 13!)


Your workout just got a virtual makeover! We are bringing you YMCA of Long Island fitness classes livestreamed through Zoom. Join your favorite instructors and fellow members for classes like Yoga, HIIT, Stronger Seniors, and more! 


1. Make a reservation for your desired class. View Class Schedule & Book Now

Reservations are required for each class. The reservation system OPENS 3 days prior to the scheduled class and CLOSES 1 hour prior to the start of the class. Each class is limited to the first 100 people who join.

2. Check inbox for confirmation email. Zoom link and password will be included. 

The confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your GroupExPRO (GXP) account, after you "Sign Up" (on website) or "Book Now" (in the mobile app).

Please check your Junk/Spam Folder if email confirmation doesn't appear in your inbox. Search for sender "YMCA of Long Island" and Subject: Virtual Class Reservation. 

3. Join live ZOOM class at scheduled time from your device (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile) and get ready to workout! 

Please join the class at least 5 minutes prior to the start time to troubleshoot any technical difficulties. 


First time using Zoom?

You can download the "Zoom Client for Meetings" from the Zoom Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the class link.

Go to your email confirmation for your reserved class and just click the Zoom link on your computer or device slightly before the class start time. If you are using a computer, you just need to click the link to access the class. If you are using a mobile device, you may need to download the Zoom app.
