Description

This class is intended to teach the fundamentals of resistance training to those members whose training goals include the acquisition of strength and resilience. This class will focus primarily on using barbell exercises including the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. Members of all experience levels are encouraged to join, including those with no experience at all with weight training.
