About our Honoree: Gary Olsen
Gary Olsen, 1950-2011
Gary started his connection with the YMCA on the Board of the Brookhaven Roe YMCA. With his background in Industrial Engineering and Occupational Health & Safety Management, he became Chairman of the Brookhaven Y Buildings & Grounds Committee. Fifteen years ago, he spearheaded the committee’s construction of the Patchogue Family YMCA.
