Healthy Kids is a 12-week program focused on empowering families to live healthier and more active lives together.

Participants will learn about physical activity, healthy eating, portion control, self-esteem, how to read food labels, and so much more!

The key to the Healthy Kids curriculum is the family-based program that strives toward healthy weight with an emphasis on three elements: healthy eating, regular activity and behavioral change to create positive life-long habits.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Parent/Guardian and Child must attend all sessions
• Child(ren) must be 8-12 years old with a body mass index in the 85th percentile or higher
• Child(ren) must have clearance from healthcare provider to participate in physical activity
