By checking this box, you agree to be billed to your payment method on file on the 27th of each month from July through December 2020 at your current membership rate. The payment will be charged to your account regardless of the YMCA's reopening program offerings and dates.
IMPORTANT: If you continued to pay your membership dues during the Y's temporary closure, you do not need to complete this form as you are active. Please complete the reactivation form if your membership was placed on HOLD during closure.
