We can not believe that camp is NEXT WEEK! Here are some helpful reminders to help you and your camper prepare for a fantastic summer with us!

 

 

Camp Site

Camp Site is like your camp best friend! It is an incredible software that lets you keep track of all of your camper information right at your fingertips. You can upload a picture of your camper and get an e-mail instantly when they are in a photo.  See what fun things your campers are doing all summer long and if you have any questions about your camper or camp group you can contact your camp counselor or unit leader all in one place.

Camp Check List

In the mornings, getting ready for camp can be stressful, and make sure your camper has everything they need can be a lot. we have created a helpful camp checklist, for you to use to make sure that your first day of camp and getting your child out the door can be super easy.

 

My Hot Lunch Box

We also understand that making sure that your child has healthy and nutritious lunch can be tricky when getting through kiddos out the door. We have partnered with a company called my hot lunch box to make summer lunches fun and easy for parents.

Each week the parent can log into the My Hot Lunch box and order their child's lunch or a special lunch for their child. We have a variety of lunch options for your child to choose from varying on their camp location and resturants in the town.

Some helpful My Hot Lunch Box Tips:

1. When placing your order, make sure that you put the right location of your camper to ensure that they get their lunch at the proper camp location.
2. Place your lunch order every Sunday by 6pm to guarantee that your camper will get their favorite lunch for the week or for that special treat day.
3. If your child is in pre-teen or teen camp, please do not purchase lunch for them on trip days, these should be blocked off on your campers calendar. Make sure that you pack them lunch on trip days.
