Here at the Y summer camp, the fun never stops! At our Huntington Branch, the campers had an amazing day of arts and crafts- they all made paper plate fish and gym. time, swim, and more. Campers even got to play a game of GAGA!
How do you play Gaga you ask?
A camper throws the ball up in the air and lets it bounce 3x and every time the ball bounces on the ground before someone touches it, where the kids have to say GA-GA. Once the ball it’s the ground it's game on! Once a camper has the ball, they can roll it to anyone. If the ball touches them they are out. If. the camper touches the ball with their hands they are safe! Although. this game is somewhat stressful for the campers, they still love it. Many of them say that this their favorite game at camp!
The Kids also love doing different kinds of crafts, they get to be creative and make some of their favorite projects from painting to making lanyards and more!
