- Spring Session: Registration begins April 2, 2018. Session Runs April 15 – June 23, 2018.
This personal training class is meant for older adults to help meet and maintain health and wellness goals. This small group training will help you reach goals of weight loss, strength building, cardio respiratory endurance and much more. All of our trainers are nationally certified.
