Eight Week Challenge

This 45-minute workout for 8 weeks covers endurance, muscle toning, strength building and maintenance. Two weeks of endurance training, followed by two weeks of muscle tone workouts, then 2 weeks of strength and power exercises completed with the last two weeks to focus on muscle growth and maintenance.
