Boga-Beginner

Boga-Beginner is a class on the water mats that is simple and moves at a slow pace, to teach the members proper technique, to make them feel comfortable and ready for more advanced moves. This unique workout on water, uses traditional gym exercises to improve balance and core strength by doing a new fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Boot camp. The FITMAT platform adds a total core body workout by enabling controlled instability. Each class is a cool 45 minutes of fun, fitness in the pool.
