Power Based Cycling

This class is designed for cyclists, endurance athletes or anyone who wants to build up their fitness to become a stronger cyclist. If you’re aiming for you next personal record, or just want to build your cycling strength, this is the class for you. Each participant will receive an individualized training program designed to utilize power output to increase both strength & stamina.
