Group exercise classes are included in your full facility membership, unless otherwise noted. Classes are “drop in. ” Teen members 13–15 may take fitness classes if accompanied by an adult. Please check your local branch for specific offerings and schedules.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (H.I.I.T.)
Fierce intervals of cardio and strength designed to push your body to the limit.
Integrated Movement=Exercise – This comprehensive program combines floor work, resistance rings and body bars that will improve your muscular balance and strengthen your core.
High-intensity interval training of aerobic and anaerobic activity for 2 minutes followed by a 30-second rest. Modifications are offered in this class.
Focuses on the subtleties of each posture. Postures are held much longer so that participants can focus on their precise muscular and skeletal alignment.

PERSONAL FITNESS X-PERIENCE (PFX)
Our unique personalized program is a progressive interval circuit training class designed to develop strength, power and endurance. This specialized fitness program of a small group works with a personal trainer includes Functional Movement Screening (FMS) along with other fitness assessment measures. Corrective exercises will be recommended based on your FMS scoring. Specialized equipment is used for this class. Nutritional counseling is offered at certain locations.

Functional Movement Screening (FMS): FMS can identify people who are at risk of injury, and by correcting these faulty movement patterns, can alleviate injury and even improve performance. The seven fundamental patterns are based on one’s early growth and development. The seven tests consist of deep squat, hurdle step, in line lunge, push up test, straight leg raises, and shoulder and trunk mobility. Upon completion of the assessment, corrective exercises will be given to the client to help improve his or her fundamental movement patterns.
This class is designed to be less strenuous than other yoga classes while still offering the benefits of flexibility and relaxation. It gives an emphasis on modifications and understanding poses to help you get the most out of your yoga practice.
Learn to move with ease and grace – This body conditioning routine will help you to build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. Emphasis is placed on spinal alignment, breathing and a strong core center. Class duration varies.
