Y HURRICANES SWIM TEAM
The mission of the YMCA East Hampton RECenter’s Hurricanes Swim Team shall be to provide our young swimmers with the opportunity to participate in competitive swimming under conditions that will foster skilled aquatic ability, the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility, and at the same time, promote swimming as a lifelong sport.
Our team is a USS year round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

Y THUNDER SOCCER ELITE TEAM
Be Goal Oriented! Our YMCA Soccer Program helps kids become not only better soccer players, but better people as well. It’s a progressive program, with multiple agespecific levels. Every child gets to play and the games are safe, exciting and fun. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement. Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills.

YMCA SPORTS CLINICS
YMCA sports clinics are geared to help athletes develop specific skills in particular sports. When participating in clinics at the YMCA participants are sure to improve on skills, make friends and have fun. Clinics at the YMCA are great lead up for participating in a class or league setting at the YMCA. Everyone plays, learns and wins in sports clinics at the YMCA.
YMCA sports camps offer an extended opportunity similar to a clinic. Sports camps are a fantastic chance to focus on skill improvement in a short concentrated burst. A sport camp can help you quickly enhance your understanding and endurance. It is also a great way to try out a sport without committing to a whole season.
