The YMCA offers a variety of small group training packages to help you meet and maintain your health and wellness goals.

Programs vary by program session and branch. Some of our programs include:

Cross Fit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.  It may consist of Olympic weightlifting, and HIIT cardio.  These movements are based on actions you perform in your day to day life, like squatting, pushing, pulling, etc.

Functional Training

Functional training builds muscle, endurance, and flexibility for real-life positions. This class focuses on circuits that use the same motions you would execute climbing stairs, bending over the garden or picking up items.

Pre-&Post Natal Group

This class is designed to give you the best and safest workout during and after pregnancy, as well as the ability to socialize with other pregnant women in a shared experience.

Senior Small Group Training

This personal training class is meant for older adults to help meet and maintain health and wellness goals. This small group training will help you reach goals of weight loss, strength building, cardio respiratory endurance and much more. All of our trainers are nationally certified.
