The Huntington YMCA School Age Child Care Program
provides a safe and caring environment for school age children of working
parents. Supervision is provided by YMCA professional staff. The YMCA offers a
wide variety of daily activities including arts, and crafts, playground time,
sports, scheduled homework time, homework club, snack and more.
HUNTINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 3
The before and after school program will now be
held at Southdown and Washington Schools providing us with more age appropriate
space for activities. The South Huntington District 13 will still be held at
Countrywood and Oakwood Schools.

7:00am to bus pick up

SOUTH HUNTINGTON SCHOOL AGE CHILD-CARE PROGRAM (Grades K-6)
The Huntington YMCA operates an offsite school-age
child-care program at the Oakwood and Countrywood schools for children in the
South Huntington School district. Care is available before and after school.
Program Hours:
AM Care: (7:00am – bus pick-up)
PM Care: (Bus drop-off – 6:00pm
Cold Spring Harbor
The Cold Spring Harbor program will be held at
Lloyd Harbor School. Children attending other Cold Spring Harbor Schools will be
bussed to their school in the morning and from their school in the afternoon.
Program Hours:
Am Care: 7:00am until Start of School/Bus pick-up
PM Care: End of School/Bus pick-up until 6:00pm
