This class is geared to children over 11 years old, teaches them challenging yoga poses in safe, alignment oriented yet fun methods; coupled with breathing and relaxing techniques. As a result of continuous yoga practice, tweens will improve their mental focus and concentration skills, stretch and strengthen their bodies, increase their balance and stamina, enhance the brain, create a positive attitude and learn to de-stress, remain calm, and relax. These benefits will increase their self-esteem and improve their overall well-being. 60 minute program.
