The YMCA is now offering CYCLE CLASSES!
A 45minute cardio workout on a stationary bike focusing on fast flats, hill climbs, standing and seated runs and sprints varying speeds and resistance for all participant levels.
To Reserve your bike:
*Reservations start a half hour before class time.
*You must be present to reserve a bike.
*You must sign in at the front desk in the Cycle binder.
*No phone-ins are allowed
*You can set up your bike 10 minutes before class.
*First come, first served…14 Bikes
