With our lap pool (youth, teen and adults swim instruction, Arthritis Aquatic Program, Tri Training and lifeguard training) cardio area with state-of-the-art tv's, weekly fitness classes (spin, cardio vascular, interval training, toning, mind and body, to name a few, as well as nutrition and personal training all under one roof, we take the "work" out of your workout—for fitness that’s fun, flexible and fresh.
